African Wildlife Puzzle
The African Wildlife Puzzle was the very first puzzle in the Little Belle series and marks the beginning of the Pride of the Plains Collection. This engaging puzzle features some of Africa’s most iconic animals, while also highlighting a few that are often overlooked in children’s puzzles. In addition to the lion, elephant, giraffe, rhino, zebra, and buffalo, you’ll discover a leopard, hyena, warthog, and impala—not to be confused with a deer.
The removable animal pieces in our African wildlife puzzle are crafted from beech wood and are realistically coloured, ensuring their sizes are reasonably proportioned to one another. These thick and chunky pieces sit raised above the board and can stand upright on their own, making them perfect for play after completing the puzzle, part of our Pride of the Plains Collection.
There are also plenty of smaller details hidden across the board of this African wildlife puzzle. Look out for the meerkat, a lilac-breasted roller, an African hoopoe, insects, and of course, a dung beetle.
The name of each animal is printed inside its matching space on the board, helping children connect the animals they are holding to their written names, making this a great addition to any children's puzzles collection, including the Pride of the Plains Collection.
